Meet Derlene Hirtz
Derlene is a successful entrepreneur and business owner, a Master Mindset of Success Coach, Expert NLP Trainer, and NLP Master Practitioner in Time Line therapy. In 2017 she founded YOU EMPOWERED SERVICES (YES!), a coaching and training company that helps high-achieving entrepreneurs and professionals to achieve their personal and professional goals.
Derlene has a wealth of experience that she uses to help others find lasting transformation. Her NLP skills allow for quick results with people who are ready to #makeshifthappen.
What makes Derlene unique is her ability to take complex concepts and make them easy to understand and apply. Her down-to-earth style and sense of humor make learning fun, while her passion for helping others achieve their dreams inspires people to reach for the stars.

Since becoming certified as Master Coach and Trainer of NLP and Time Line Therapy, Derlene has experienced huge shifts in her life. Shifting from employee to successful businesswoman, Derlene has created a multi-six figure business while creating authentic happiness and fulfillment.
Using the same tools that helped her, she now trains and coaches to have an even bigger impact in the world.
