Membership Criteria
We are looking for women who are:
- In Business or Leadership Roles: Whether you are an entrepreneur, in sales, or hold a significant leadership position, you are welcome here.
- Committed to Growth: Members should be dedicated to personal and professional development and willing to engage deeply with the group.
- From Diverse Industries: We encourage diversity in business sectors to allow for a wide range of insights and experiences.
Structure and Frequency
- Regular Meetings: We hold the mastermind once a month for 1.5 hours and then once a month for a 30-minute check in.
- Duration Commitment: Members will commit to at a minimum 6-month period to ensure continuity and depth of relationships.
Session Format
- Member check in and celebrations: Each member will share successes and results.

Hot Seat Sessions: Members take turns sharing a current challenge, receiving focused feedback and strategies from the group.
- Group coaching – Each member will receive feedback for the coach-facilitator.
- Accountability Segments: Members share their progress on set goals and receive support and encouragement.
Additional Support
- One-on-One Personal Coaching: Private 30-minute coaching session (2 per six month period) to address individual challenges and goals.
- Text and Email Support: Receive support with a maximum 24-hour response time.
- Resource Pool: Access a shared repository of tools, articles, and references beneficial for the members.
- Networking and Social Events: Facilitate networking through informal meetups or virtual mixers to strengthen bonds and encourage collaboration.
